Refund and Returns Policy

At Simple acid, we design for permanence — both in form and in meaning. However, we understand that sometimes expectations and reality may not fully align. Our return policy is designed to be fair, clear, and consistent with our values of quality and responsibility.

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be in unused, original condition

  • Item must include all original packaging and components

  • Item must not be marked as final sale, customized, or non-returnable

Returns requested after the 14-day period may not be accepted.

Return Process

To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, product name, and reason for return. If the return is due to damage or defect, please include clear photos of the issue.

We will respond with detailed instructions, including the return address and shipping method suggestions.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or defect). We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

Inspection and Approval

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Timeframes may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

  • Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase

  • Opened items that fall under hygiene-sensitive categories (e.g., diffusers or scented objects)

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, contact us immediately. Once an item is shipped, it becomes subject to the return process outlined above.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to receive a different product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us with your order number and photos. We will offer a refund or replacement as appropriate.

Minimalist Returns, Minimal Disruption

We want the return experience to reflect our aesthetic — clean, calm, and intentional. If something isn’t right, we’ll work with you to resolve it in the simplest possible way.
